DJ CRAIG -AKA BUGSIE
PRINCIPAL DJ / MC / OWNER (President)
Music is the foundation of everything I do. It has the power to shape atmosphere, elevate experiences, and connect people in meaningful ways—from professional environments to life’s most celebrated moments.

That philosophy first led me to design and deliver bespoke, interactive music-driven experiences for corporate clients including Microsoft, Xbox, Starbucks, and Nintendo—an offering we continue to provide at the highest level today.

My focus eventually evolved to weddings, where precision, emotion, and artistry come together. Curating and executing a wedding is one of the most fulfilling creative pursuits imaginable. Every detail matters. Every moment is intentional. Being entrusted with such a significant day—where two people begin their journey together, families unite, and lifelong memories are created—is both an honor and a responsibility I never take lightly.

There is nothing more rewarding than building a career around what you truly love.
The ceremony remains my favorite part of any wedding. It is a powerful reminder of the vows I took on my own wedding day and the depth, meaning, and permanence behind each celebration.

Outside of my work, I enjoy traveling with my family to Seaside, Oregon, and the Washington Peninsula—places that offer inspiration, perspective, and time to slow down.

Experience: 20+ Years

DJ SHAWN
PRINCIPAL DJ & MC (Vice President of Operations)
I can say without a shred of doubt in my mind that music is the passion of my life. Whether it’s discovering a new song and knowing that people are going to love it, seeing a show live, or finding the perfect two songs to go together for dancing, I absolutely love what I do. With nearly 10 years under my belt at Bugsie Productions, I can honestly say that any job that comes after this one is going to seem dull by comparison.

Getting to see people constantly on one of the best days of their life is something not many people get to experience more than a few times – and I get to do it with every single wedding I do, and it’s never not magical. It’s never something that gets boring, and it’s never something I’ll take for granted. This day is about you, and it’s my job to make sure that people are having a good time.
If all you take from this bio is this, I will be stoked: Remember, it’s not just about the music you want at your wedding. It’s the personality of the DJ that’s going to be crucial to the flow of the evening. As a wedding couple, you need to find that DJ that has a personality that matches with your own, because the people at your wedding are the people you’ve surrounded yourself with your entire lives. They are extensions of yourselves, and being able to speak on the microphone, play music, and control the flow in a way that matches your personalities is the key to a truly amazing DJ experience.

I love, love, love, love what I do here. I’m thankful every single day that I joined an improv class ten years ago at Everett Community College, and found Craig. I’ve had some of the most fun of my life these last few years, and can’t wait to meet all of you that are getting married. I’d love to have a meeting to get to know you, and figure out exactly what you want to make your day both unique and as dang close to perfect as can be.

In my free time, I voice act, listen to audio books, watch a lot of anime, play way too many video games, and try to make it to as many music festivals as I can. I hope to see you soon!

DJ JAROD
PRINCIPAL DJ & MC
I only started my DJ journey 9 years ago after finally using a turntable with the cross fader reversed. Everything changed in that moment. All of sudden everything made sense and my obsession began. If I only would have tried a mixer with the cross fader reversed, twenty years ago, I would have started then.
After a life long obsession with music and hip hop culture, I have acquired a broad knowledge of music and music history from many genres. I am also a drummer. I have been part of a non profit organization, for over a decade, that is focused on community service, through music and hip hop culture, called 206 Zulu. Through this organization I have been mentored by some amazing DJs, that can trace their lineage all the way back to the original DJs. All of this has led me to excelling as a DJ in a short amount of time.
I have experience, in deejaying and hosting weddings, corporate events, private and public parties, hip hop and reggae shows as the house DJ. Some of the highlights have been an Afroman show, the 10th and 11th annual Beatmasters competition, on Pier 62 on the downtown Seattle waterfront as well playing for the community in Cal Anderson park. All these varied events have helped me gain experience and knowledge in almost every, genre of music. I am currently setting up the studio in my new house and I am excited to take on some students, to teach deejaying and music production. This is very important to me because I feel I must give back to something that has given me so much! I have worked hard in a short amount of time, to become the best DJ, I can be and continue to strive for perfection. I take this very seriously and attack each booking, like a music puzzle, that I can’t wait to solve.
